I live between Piedmont, Umbria, and United States.

I chose to represent only the producers I love and the land I live.

I have selected a group of family owned producers and begin promoting their brands and territories in US with frequent market visits.

Our aim is to

connect the producers with the right partners (importers/distributors).
link foreign travellers in search of unique and alternative italian experiences, with local tourism promoters.

My Story

SOMMELIER

Matteo Pastori, 30 years old In London. For a 5 star luxury hotel, The Dorchester.

Diploma AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) and advanced level with WSET.

In Los Angeles for Terroni, an acclaimed Italian restaurant with an extensive wine list.
Together we opened their largest new location in Downtown LA. All the major producers have done events here.

With NASA (North American Sommelier Association) collaborating as a
sommelier, teacher assistant and examiner.

WINE TRADE

In San Francisco. First with Terravino, as a sales rep.

Than with Lyra wine, as an area manager and assisting new markets opening.
After that, as Italian Wine Specialist with Wine Warehouse, one the major
importer/distributor in US.

My role was promoting the brands and ensuring sales increase by working with
sales rep, offering staff trainings, building efficient business planning, creating presentations and events with the industry people.

During this time I had my own company, for In-coming projects, bringing american buyers to Italy and also, for brand building and event planning, helping wineries seeking for distribution in the West-Coast.
